The heart of our approach uses theories to show how leadership and innovation can drive the answer to many of society’s most vexing problems. Our goal is to help mature new leaders and inspire future innovators. The theories of leadership and innovation are grounded in the research of our founder, Senior Research Fellow Melvin Greer. We use these theories to conduct ongoing research and then promote these ideas to policymakers and other stakeholders to drive change.
